Our practice accepts most
dental insurance. We work to help you maximize your insurance benefits
and make any remaining balance (your co-pay) reasonable. We feel that it
is most important that all patients know what dental work is needed
before beginning treatment. Our business office staff will review that
cost of treatment and assist you in making appropriate financial
arrangements. We are pleased to process most insurance claims and
pre-authorizations for our patients.

payments are expected at the time treatment is rendered. We invite
patients to use cash, check, Visa or MasterCard for payment of services.
Patients who have insurance should be prepared to pay their estimated
portion at the time of service. We value our relationship with our patients,
and strive to avoid any awkward situations that result from overdue
accounts.
We also
offer outside financing, to help make treatment affordable. Financing is
offered through an independent company, Chase Health Advance.
With
Chase's affordable monthly payments and interest free financing options,
there is no reason to delay having that elective surgery you have always

You can
choose an extended payment plan or you can enjoy the option of having to
